Dumbo is looking for someone to bless him with a warm forever home. Found as a stray on Nuns' Island, he has been homeless and freezing out in the cold for too long. He is a very affectionate feline.
This handsome guy is incredibly sweet, friendly and gentle, about 3 or 4 years old, neutered, FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but in excellent health. He’s so deserving of a second chance at a happy life in a single-cat home, or with other FIV+ kitties. Dumbo has a lot of wisdom, value and love to offer. The chances of passing it along to another cat are rare and generally only occur if they get into a massive fight. Therefore, Dumbo would be better in a home as the only cat. "I will say," notes Shelley Schecter of Educhat, "that one of our vets adopted an FIV+ cat and she has two others. There have been no problems."
